Fairytales by Kelsey has three packages available for couples to choose from, ranging from full service planning to day of coordination. There is something for everyone and if you are unsure of what you need, feel free to ask!

Full Service Planning

This package is for the couples who want to truly enjoy the wedding planning experience without any of the stress! We handle everything for you, scheduling meetings, finding vendors, creating a cohesive design, and more. We plan on spending more than 70 hours working on your wedding to make it the perfect fairy tale event! This package includes the following:

  • Initial consultation meeting
  • Planning checklist, monthly updates and reminders
  • Budget creation and maintenance
  • Unlimited planning meetings
  • Direction of vendor selection, negotiations and scheduling
  • Design & style curation, establishment of a style guide and design board
  • Access to FBK’s full rental stock at a 25% discount (on non-consumable items)
  • A personalized wedding website
  • Tracking guest RSVP responses
  • Creation of a day of wedding timeline and venue layout map
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors for the entirety of the planning process and the day of the wedding
  • Planning of rehearsal dinner and attendance at rehearsal
  • Attending day of wedding between the hours of 7am and 12am
  • Wedding assistant for full wedding time
  • Extensive wedding emergency kit

This package starts at $2,000

Partial Planning

This package is for the couples who want to have an active role in the nitty gritty details! We keep you on track with what you need to be doing, but let you do the leg work of finding vendors and pulling the design together. Consider this package as a 50/50 split between us on the work that needs to be done. We plan on spending around 35 hours working on your wedding to give you everything you’ve ever dreamed of! This package includes the following:

  • Initial consultation meeting
  • Planning checklist and monthly updates and reminders
  • Budget creation and maintenance
  • 4 planning meetings and 4 hours of video/phone calls
  • Vendor recommendations based on personal style
  • Creating of a design board based on your inspiration photos
  • Access to FBK’s full rental stock at a 20% discount (on non-consumable items)
  • Creation of a day of wedding timeline and venue layout map
  • Acting as the point of contact for the day of the wedding
  • Attendance at rehearsal for organization and direction
  • Attending day of wedding between the hours of 7am and 12am
  • Extensive wedding emergency kit

This package starts at $1,000

Day of Coordination

This package is for the couples who have everything handled, but would like someone in charge on the big day (who isn’t family or friends). We handle everything on the day of your wedding based on your instructions. We handle the setup and teardown of decor, make sure vendors know where to be and help you with a day of timeline. We will start working with you 4 weeks before the wedding. This package includes the following:

  • Initial consultation meeting
  • One timeline meeting at your venue (3-4 weeks before the wedding)
  • Access to the FBK rental inventory
  • Creation of a day of wedding timeline
  • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors for the day of the wedding
  • Attendance at rehearsal for organization and direction
  • Attending day of wedding between the hours of 7am and 12am
  • Extensive wedding emergency kit

This package starts at $600

Consultations and Advising

Do you have everything under control, but just want to check in with a wedding expert to make sure you aren’t forgetting anything? We offer meetings at an hourly rate of $25 to sit down with you, answer all of your questions, give some recommendations and verify that you’ve got everything under control. These meetings can be in person or over video chat.

  • What’s the best way to incorporate something I love into the wedding?
  • What should our timeline look like?

Add Ons, Traveling and Extra Hours

We love a good road trip as much as the next person and have traveled all over Northern Oregon and Southern Washington. We’ve done weddings in Cannon Beach, Canby, Yamhill, Wilsonville, Scappoose, McMinnville and many other beautiful locations. Any event that is outside of a 30 mile radius of our office in St. Helens, OR will receive a travel fee to be determined by the distance of travel and if overnight accommodations will be required.

If you are planning for your wedding to go past the window of 7am to 12am set by the packages, we are happy to extend the time for you with an additional $75 per hour. If you want assistance in setting up on a day besides the wedding day, the rate will be determined based on distance and time.
