Weddings

Fairytales has two packages available for couples to choose from, ranging from planning and design to day of coordination. There is something for everyone and if you are unsure of what you need, feel free to ask!

Planning and design

This package is for the couples who want to truly enjoy the wedding planning experience without any of the stress! We handle everything for you, scheduling meetings, finding vendors, creating a cohesive design, and more.

This package includes the following:

  • You will get to meet with your planner, via video, monthly along with having 5 in person vendor or venue meetings
  • We will assist in creating a budget and track all costs and bookings for you.
  • You will receive customized vendor recommendations from us that fit in with your style and budget.
  • We will help you create a cohesive design that flows from the grand reception all the way down to your save the dates. This includes a style guide and inspiration board tailored to your tastes.
  • You receive full access to FBK’s rental stock at a 20% discount (on non-consumable items)
  • We will create a comprehensive day of timeline that includes all of the important details for your wedding day. We will also create your venue layout map or go over an existing plan from the venue to make sure that everything flows well.
  • We will also attend a final venue walkthrough with you to finalize details with the venue manager and make sure everything is in the proper place.
  • We will be the point of contact for all vendors throughout the planning process. This includes answering questions, scheduling meetings and conveying timelines.
  • One of your Coordinators will attend your rehearsal dinner for 1 hour of time. We help direct and organize the wedding party to make sure they know how fast to walk, where to stand and make sure the ceremony flows smoothly.
  • Your planner will personally coordinate your wedding and will bring an additional coordinator with her to assist. They will be available from 7am to 12am on the wedding day.
  • We will bring with us an extensive wedding emergency kit that includes everything to make your day go off without a hitch!

This package starts at $2,000

Day of Coordination

This package is for the couples who have everything handled, but would like someone in charge on the big day (who isn’t family or friends). We handle everything on the day of your wedding based on your instructions. We handle the setup and teardown of decor, make sure vendors know where to be and help you with a day of timeline. We will start working with you 4 weeks before the wedding. This package includes the following:

  • 1 Initial phone call / video chat / in person meeting to make sure that we are the right fit for you! This meeting will be done with our lead planner, Kelsey.
  • 1 Planning meeting, 4 weeks before your wedding with your coordinator.
  • We will create a comprehensive day of timeline that includes all of the important details for your wedding day.
  • You will receive full access to Fairytales by Kelsey’s decor rental inventory, at cost.
  • Your Coordinator will attend your rehearsal dinner for 1 hour of time. We help direct and organize the wedding party to make sure they know how fast to walk, where to stand and make sure the ceremony flows smoothly.
  • Your Coordinator will be there on your wedding day from 7am to 12am.
  • We will bring with us an extensive wedding emergency kit that includes everything to make your day go off without a hitch!

This package starts at $800

Additional services and charges

Our packages are priced with a “starting at” to accommodate the addition of extra services or to account for additional charges. These are detailed below:

Additional Services: These services don’t have to be booked in conjunction with a planning package and can be utilized by anyone! We are also happy to do other tasks that you may need help with and that aren’t mentioned here. Just ask us!

  • Customized vow writing sessions – Have a 45 minute session with Kelsey to write your custom vows. Writers block is a real thing, especially when you are trying to convey to your future spouse how much they mean to you! We have heard so many vow variations and consider ourselves experts in knowing exactly how to say “I love you”. These meetings are $30 each and are done via video chat or a local meetup. This is for just one person, to respect privacy and secrecy, so plan on 2 meetings if both of you want assistance.
  • Hourly planning consultations – If you don’t want a full planning package, but need advice on certain aspects of your day, we are happy to meet with you on an hourly basis. It is $75 per hour to chat with us via video or local meeting and we are happy to answer any questions you might have about the whole process, including creating your day of timeline.

Additional Charges: These charges apply to all packages and are the charges behind the wording of “packages starting at”.

  • Travel fees are charged for any wedding that is outside a 30 mile radius of St. Helens, OR. This is charged at $2 per mile, per trip. (Ex: If your venue is 45 miles from St. Helens, you will be billed $30, per trip, to your venue.)
  • Medium and large weddings (125+ guest count) have a minimum of 2 Fairytales by Kelsey representatives in attendance. For Day of Coordination or Partial Planning clients an additional coordinator will be at your wedding for the charge of $175. Additional coordinators will be added for each increase of 75 guests, past 125. This charge will also be applied for weddings that require extensive setup/tear down or food service and will be discussed and decided with the client.
  • For service on the wedding day beyond the hours of 7am-12am, it is a $75 per hour charge.
  • For extra hours of service on rehearsal day, it is $30 per hour of time, per person.
